Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. You will remain fully clothed during all sessions.
No special preparation is required. It’s helpful to hydrate and come with a simple intention in mind, but you don’t need to “do” anything to receive the benefits.
Distance sessions are conducted remotely and work through focused intention and energy alignment. Many clients experience relaxation, emotional release, and energetic shifts similar to in-person sessions. You’ll receive simple instructions beforehand so you feel supported.
No. Reiki and sound therapy are spiritual wellness practices but are not tied to any religion. Sessions are inclusive and designed to meet you wherever you are in your personal journey.
Spiritually Fit services are supportive and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
Experiences vary. You may feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or simply a sense of calm. Every session is unique, and there is no “right” way to experience it.
This depends on your goals. Some clients book during times of stress or transition, while others incorporate sessions into their monthly self-care routine.
Due to the energetic nature of these services, refunds are not offered once a session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice.
